Have you had surgery and anesthesia recently? If so, you may have experienced transient post-operative cognitive dysfunction. This syndrome affects about 30% of people ages 35-59 and over 40% of people over 60. Find out what it is, whether you may be risk and what you can do to help decrease your risk. This presentation by Carolyn G. Holland, a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), is offered during National CRNA Week in order to raise awareness of this phenomenon. Other CRNAs will attend the presentation to answer questions and address concerns about receiving anesthesia.
    From 6:00-7:30 p.m.
