Legal Resources

Legal issues facing older persons in Colorado often have more serious outcomes than those same legal issues being faced by any other segment of the population.  Often times legal assistance is needed with complicated matters such as medical advanced directives, power of Attorney, long term care, elder abuse, conservatorship, wills, estates, and probate. Vulnerable older persons are often less likely to seek the assistance of an attorney, either because they cannot afford to do so, or they do not realize that theirs is  a legal need.

Legal services listed are targeted to adults age 60 and older who have the greatest economic and/or social need.  Legal services are provided free of charge.

Please see below for Legal Services available in your area.
