    Mindfully Living Series
Dr. Kim Bundy-Fazioli, LCSW will be facilitating a 3-week Mindfully Living Series 3/7, 3/21 and 3/28. from 3:00-4:30pm. Kim is the director of Mindfulness Matters Institute, LLC located in Breckenridge and provides mindfulness-based community trainings and education, as well as mindfulness-based counseling for anxiety, stress, and worry.
Mindfulness is about learning to live in the present moment with compassion and kindness toward self and others. The research on mindfulness practice has shown that we can begin to re-route our neuro-pathways that often rein-force symptoms related to stress, anxiety, and depression. However, mind-fulness is a practice focused on training our attention; not unlike, physical training one does in sports. To register for this course, please contact the SCCSC at 970-668-2940.
